Front of House (Full & Part Time)
*permanent positions only*

To work as a member of Front of House at The Crown, we will require you to be a team player that can deliver high standards of service with both food and drink. It’s important that you are always positive and supportive of your fellow workers and venue.

No experience required; all training will be done on shift.

Core Responsibilities

Shift Management:

  • Taking drinks orders, and making a wide range of beverages (e.g. cocktails)
  • Ensure that you wear the appropriate uniform to each shift.
  • Work alongside the waitresses to deliver drinks to the restaurant.
  • Build a rapport with guests to make them feel home from home.
  • Respond to customer feedback and ensure the Manager is made aware of any situations.
  • Learn and understand the importance of stock, handling money and our Health and safety standards.

Commis Chef/Chef de Partie
*Full Time / Permanent

The Crown kitchen is an established team, looking for an extra member to join due to increased demand. With their wealth of experience it would be a great role for someone looking to grow in the industry.

The ideal candidate would be:

  • A prep chef or commis chef looking for development
  • A chef looking to work in a fast paced environment with fresh produce
  • Positive attitude and an ability work at a fast pace is a must

Back of House

We are always looking for talent to join our back of house team, whether you have experience in the kitchen or a novice with a positive attitude we want to hear from you. With our extensive on the job training, and online training to compliment, progression is our main goal.

  • Hourly pay
  • Flexible rota – 40 hours over 4 days or part time over 5 days, our focus is on work life balance
  • Wage dependant on experience – but above NMW and competitive
